yosh.one provides an experimental system designed to detect wildfires in remote areas using sensors, cameras, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to report potential incidents to relevant parties.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The Service is an assistive tool only. It is NOT a replacement for official emergency services, fire departments, or government alert systems.
yosh.one DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the system will detect every fire. Environmental factors, technical failures, connectivity issues, or algorithm errors may result in "False Negatives" (fire not detected) or "False Positives" (false alarms).
IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CONTACT LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES (e.g., 112, 123, or 911) IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON THIS SERVICE.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, AI models, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of yosh.one and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Bosnia and Herzegovina and foreign countries.
3. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
- Interfere with the proper working of the detection sensors or cameras.
- Misuse the reporting data to create panic or spread false information.
